Continuing Progress in MPUSD through Partnership and Collaboration

Over the past six years, the Monterey Peninsula Unified School District and the Monterey Bay Teachers Association have partnered to make significant progress in improving salaries for our deserving teachers and staff. Sexual Harassment Policy

SEXUAL HARASSMENT POLICY (EC §231.5; 5 CCR§4917): Each district is required to have adopted a written policy on sexual harassment, and shall provide a copy of such policy, as it pertains to students, notifying students at the beginning of each semester. Districts are also required to display such policies in a prominent location and include it in orientation for employees and students. Please find the Monterey Peninsula Unified School District's Sexual Harassment Board Policy and Administrative Regulation (BP & AR 5145.7) attached.
